Multi-risk protection glove
Urban Search and Rescue
Operations (USAR)
Following a catastrophe, rescue workers and emergency responders are the
first to arrive on the scene, often in unfamiliar surroundings and adverse
weather conditions, ready to save lives and secure the environment to help
protect the lives of those to follow. Urban search-and-rescue is considered a
multi-hazard discipline, as it may be needed for a variety of hazards including
earthquakes, cyclones, storms and tornadoes, floods, dam failures, technological
accidents terrorist activities, and hazardous materials releases.
Do not go in unprepared!
ESKA developed a multi-risk protection glove to cover not only light rescue but
also most of heavy rescue activities.
