GORE-TEX®
all materials, apart form the glove shell with Kevlar lining to protect
the membrane, are inside the membrane
● the lining material never becomes wet and therefore the glove not
heavy
● our system allows to build up airbags and prevent the sudden
penetrating of heat
● the air bags in our glove allow for a radiant heating time of 22 sec.
according the standard EN 659-2003; former EN 659 15 sec.
● gluing the membrane to the outside skin impairs its positive feature
of naturally breathing
● our patented system of processing the membrane enables us to fix the
membrane so as to durably attach it to the outside skin of the glove
● washable at 60°C.

Kermel® fibre
● prevents melting, dripping or breaking-up of the fabric under heat
● e.g. 250°C no carbonisation - 350°C eight minutes resistance to
carbonisation
● it will only blacken, no hot droplets and the textile structure
remains intact
● it retains its excellent mechanical properties, even in temperatures
far beyond the melting point of most
chemical fibres
● Fluorcarbon coated (Heroskin 210 g/m², colour navy) – 1 % Beltron,
antistatic |
